A conversation
45 minutes
We talk about the business before the website. What brings work in now, what the site actually has to do, and whether you need one at all. This costs nothing and sometimes ends with us saying you do not need us.

A fixed proposal
Within three days
Scope, price, and dates in writing. One number, not a range and not an hourly rate. If we get the estimate wrong, that is our problem rather than a change order.

Design
One to two weeks
You see real pages with your own words in them, not a mood board. Two rounds of revisions are included because two is usually enough and unlimited rounds make everyone slower.

Nothing is billed until you have agreed a fixed price in writing, and the first conversation costs nothing either way.
